There was a coffee machine in the hallway to serve yourself...

There was a coffee machine in the hallway to serve yourself at anytime. The restaurant in the basement is an experience in itself 12 course tasting menu was expensive but the most memorable part of the stay.

There are very little common areas. The roof top bar was closed in stuffy and a very weird speak easy bar with no charm and no view might have been in the basement. The room was fine small, very loud but the black slate bathroom was creepy as every handprint and water splash showed up on the walls from the previous guests did not feel clean

Gorgeous boutique hotel in Bellavista

Extremely helpful and friendly staff with excellent service. Boutique hotel with only 8 rooms - very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely and rooftop bar was very cool. Fantastic location in Bellavista - walking distance from everything!

The pool area needs some repairs - cracked glass walls. A little bit noisy at night but to be expected given the hotel location in the restaurant/nightlife area - a worthwhile compromise!

Interesting property but the staff needs to pay more attention to requests and requirements.

The property met our expectations. The rooftop bar was very cool and we had a great bartender.

We had called and made a request by email requesting a guide to show us the city for half a day. There was no follow-through on this, so we were on our own. Also had requested an airport transfer to be arranged on departure. We check with the front desk in the morning and also when we returned to pack our bags and were told that it was all arranged. However, 10 minutes after we were scheduled to leave for the airport we found out that we had no transportation. We ended up arranging for Uber ourselves. Also, it would have been nice if the staff had offered to help bring our bags down from the 2nd floor.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Tinto Boutique Hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful, located in a buzzing area and we were lucky enough to eat at 040 restaurant which was beyond amazing! We also thoroughly enjoyed a swim in the pool on a particularly hot day!

Great location and staff!

The staff was amazing. I had airline problems that they sorted out for me to save my trip. They went above and beyond. The location is also great in the heart of Bellavista, with rooms tucked in the back of the hotel to keep the noise down from the fun bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Each room walks out to the hotel pool, which was very relaxing.

Terrific service!

My husband left his passport in the safe in the room and we didn’t realize it until onehour before departure at the airport! Jaime ordered a taxi to drive it to the airport and we just made pur flight! This was all at 4:00 in the morning! Place was beautiful and they gave us champagne and grapes for our honeymoon! Cool speakeasy bar on the roof. Very busy nightlife area but surprisingly quiet in the room.

Nice location near many of the sights in downtown Santiago. The room was very comfortable. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and responsive for every request and inquiry.

The breakfast was adequate but not awesome. Otherwise nothing negative to say

- awful

- No facilities - Expensive for a poorly renovated room with chips and cracks everywhere. Furniture looked cheapen tacky. - No night blind. Curtain was not thick, and once the sun was out, the room was filled with light. - Breakfast was awful. We were served stale croissants and pastries. Only continental option is served. - The grass outside was unkempt and full of weeds. - Outside glass was full of cracks.

Highly recommended! Excellent experience.

Excellent experience! Great room, extremely convenient location, lovely facilities. Despite being small, (which was a good thing) the hotel offered many facilities including a great pool, Fabulous restaurant and chic rooftop bar.

El hotel es lindo, pero si sacas el restaurant y el bar.... mmmmm no se si vale lo que cuesta

El hotel es boutique. Muy chiquito, pero hermoso, la habitacion increible, comoda espaciosa, tranquila. El personal realmente muy amable. La zona llena de bares y de vida nocturna. Punto extra esta el restaurante 040 en el lugar que es uno de los mejores del chile.

He visitado casi toda la oferta hotelera de Santiago con casi toda su linea de hotel Boutique, Lejos es el mas MALOS de todo se llevo el premio. Esta sobre valorado en lo que ofrecen, por ese valor es muchísimo mejor hotel Boutique Magnolia, Cumbre Lastarrias, en fin...Para cenar se debe salir en búsqueda de restaurantes por su escasa oferta y limitados horarios Las habitaciones chicas, baños pequeños la calidad de los muebles deja mucho que desear

Cuentan con un bar temático muy bonito e interesante, super recomendable! Las personas en general son amables, solo que no te presentan soluciones o alternativas a tus consultas. Tienen un área de café e infusiones disponible a toda hora para los huéspedes y eso me pareció bueno.

Tuve inconvenientes con la TV y la puerta que da a la piscina desde el cuarto. Además con el traslado al aeropuerto, no brindan información adecuada y no se responsabilizan por la mala gestión (generando sobrecargo al huésped). No cuentan con estacionamiento para huéspedes y considero que pagué un sobreprecio por mi estancia. El precio no cumplió las expectativas.

La cama muy comfortable;

La cama muy comfortable; la ubicación sobre el Restaurante 040 es un valor agregado. Se agradece que aparentemente han trabajado la insonorización de la habitación/aislamiento acústico; estando en una zona muy ruidosa, la habitación tiene el silencio necesario.

El baño: requiere trabajo de mantención, la quincallería, el habitáculo de la ducha. Al preguntar por estacionamiento en el área la respuesta fue "no sé". Es preferible que respondan que hay estacionamientos privados cercanos, y los horarios en que éstos funcionan.
